My Charge was working fine yesterday then I went to bed and it is now completely inoperable. The green light does not appear nor does it take the charge. Can someone please let me know if anything can be done to make it work again. Thanks

I have the same issue. Friday I had to pair mine to my phone again as it kept unpairing. I had 32% battery left. 10 minutes later it went completely black and I can't get it to do anything!!!!

It seems like it's a common issue. Recently spoke to the Fitbit HelpDesk and they suggested I clean the metal dots on the device and charger with rubbing alcohol to see if it would resolve the issue but it did not. They said it was a problem with the battery no longer taking a charge and the warranty expired.
Passing along the rubbing alcohol solution with hopes it may help someone.
