My Charger 3 has horizontal lines and missing pixels. The lines are so bad, the time no longer appears on the front. I have restarted the device multiple times. I took a picture but I am having trouble attaching it. I have had the device since Christmas. Help!

Hello this happened to me two. About 3 days ago i noticed the horizontal lines. Consequently the screen has gone blank. Numerous restarts done but no change. I have had my charge 3 since October and am really disappointed!

Best AnswerAs mentioned....my Charge 3 is doing the same thing and this reboot is not working...now it won't hold a charge...it's only 6 mos old...how can I get it replaced?

Best AnswerIs it possible that this solution doesnt work either? Ive tried to do this specific reboot several times, but no 7 vibrations occur. And the stripes in my screen are still there. Thank you.
