Charger 3 horizontal lines and missing pixels

My Charger 3 has horizontal lines and missing pixels.  The lines are so bad, the time no longer appears on the front.  I have restarted the device multiple times.  I took a picture but I am having trouble attaching it.  I have had the device since Christmas.  Help!

Mine also has a problem with the horizontal lines. Thinking I need to send it back.

Hello @Harleyquinn12  and @MrsIke65, welcome to the Community forums. I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the display of the Charge 3 not working properly. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried the standard restart procedure described here. If you continue to experience the same problem, you can also try following the steps listed here below to complete the long restart procedure: 

 

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable. 
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds. 
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration. 
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur. 
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

I have tried restarting my charger several times with no change. Yesterday, after a full charge, my Fitbit started buzzing in a way I have never seen. The battery rapidly drained in seconds and now it is not functioning.

Mine has developed the lines too, nothing has helped.

Hello this happened to me two. About 3 days ago i noticed the horizontal lines.  Consequently the screen has gone blank.  Numerous restarts done but no change. I have had my charge 3 since October and am really disappointed!

I am having the same pixel line issue on my charge 3. I have tried the long restart u suggested, it was no help.

As mentioned....my Charge 3 is doing the same thing and this reboot is not working...now it won't hold a charge...it's only 6 mos old...how can I get it replaced?

Yes...I've tried all of these steps and nothing helped...it won't hold a charge now either.  Thank you.

Yes I've tried multiple troubleshooting solutions and none have worked sadly.

Is it possible that this solution doesnt work either? Ive tried to do this specific reboot several times, but no 7 vibrations occur. And the stripes in my screen are still there. Thank you.
