Check Charge 3 firmware version

Is there a way that I tell what version number my Charge 3 is supposed to be? I have some watch faces that are on my setup page (azimuth?) but it says I need to have the latest update for the iOS device and the tracker. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated!

@SunsetRunner the firmware version isn't the same as the Fitbit app. The Fitbit app is the software on your phone or computer. You can check information about the most recent firmware version available for your device here.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with this. You can go to the settings area on your tracker and check for this information there in about section. If you wish to update the firmware and if there is one available then you can follow these instructions. Finally please follow these instructions to change the clock face.

Hope this helps.

Ummmm... no. I guess what I am asking is what the versions should be. Currently, it is 28.20001.8.8.11... what should it be? I see this in the "All Faces" section of my Charge 3 settings:PNG image.pngPNG image 2.png

But I can't see/don't know if there is an update I should expect or one that I missed...

@KatieJean93x @SunsetRunner thank you for your replies and sharing the screenshot.

This is odd but I want to know if you @KatieJean93x tried the suggestions I shared in my previous post with the thread you started?

@SunsetRunner I would also like to suggest you try these suggestions, Log out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back.

Also check if your Fitbit app is up to date now.

Thank you for your reply... and, actually, that was the original question... what is my firmware/version number that I am supposed to have?

Thank you very much, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I am still not seeing the new Charge faces that are (apparently, allegedly) available, and yet everything seems to be up to date...
