Cracked display on Fitbit Charge 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My charge 2 has suddenly developed a crack on the face. It was not there one night and next morning appeared. I am 72 and do not do anything that would have caused it. It runs along the right side about an eight of an in inch in. I would like a replacement as this is something I use everyday.02682081-6A8E-49BF-9809-1B1B4A3164C6.jpeg

Good care is a relative term. Not really how I see it.

That has happened to me twice.  Fitbit was great and replaced my first cracked screen.  Now the new one has a crack in the same place.  It is also identical to the crack in your picture.  I doubt they will replace mine again so I may just live with it.  They need to fix this quality issue.  Otherwise, I have loved my fitbits.

Mine did exactly the same.  Honestly It was hit or knocked so I can't understand why.

You are probably right. I will use it until it won’t work, but, I won’t buy another.

Mine started to crack just after one year, just out of warranty.  Since then it had got worse and now the display is partially unreadable and also dim!!

I think the bin is calling, but a replacement Fitbit??
