I have recently upgraded to a Charge 3 and would like to give my Charge 2 a new home. I have deleted the device from my account but would like to make sure it is wiped clean. I have seen that I must connect it to a USB port by the charger but the only charger I was ever sent was the clip-style. All the factory reset instructions say I must press the button and keep it pressed while removing the charger cable (can't do when the device is clipped in to the charger).
Also, I am missing screens. Now the only screens to display are the home screen (time and steps), heart rate, exercise tracking options, and stopwatch. I no longer see the relaxation exercise or the battery level.
Please help! (PS. I currently reside in India so finding items/accessories is not only difficult but usually thrice the US price.)

@Wahinegir1 Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your Charge 2. Your personal information is stored on your Fitbit account, no data is store on your device. Also there isn't a factory reset procedure for the Charge 2. You can simply gift it and the next person has to set it up on their respective account, it will start from there to count steps for that person. Finally if you wish to configure your Charge 2 you will need to set it up again on your account.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the quick response!
Can you then tell me how to get rid of the "Stopwatch" so I can see the relaxation exercise screen and battery life screen?
