Please can you assist- exercise done is not synching to my Dashboard.
How can this be resolved?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that your exercises are not being synced with your account. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which device are you using to sync your Charge 2? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this occur with any exercise or just specific ones? Lastly, are you using our SmartTrack auto-recognition feature to track your exercise or directly from your device exercise shortcuts?
In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device to refresh its performance.
