I got a new charge 2 to replace my other one as the battery had died on it, set my new one up tonight and it will not update the firm ware, i had no trouble before with the other charge 2, can someone help

I will assist you with your Fitbit update. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them and updating the firmware. Also, since you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Hi I still cant get it to update firmware this is very frustrating ,didn't have this hassle with my old charge 2 which I also used on this phone,it also doesn't show up in my bluetooth list
