My Fitbit Charge 2 has started erratically flicking through menu options mainly on notifications on/off. Its only over a year old so not sure what has gone wrong. Have tried to restart but it keeps happening until the battery drains & I have to charge it up again

Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 that is outside the warranty period. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
