Hi,
I am having issues with my fitbit floor tracking.
My friend has a fitbit too, it counts floors, so it's not any environmental changes.
I have reset my charge, didn't work, I have cleansed the hole where the elevation tracker is, or whatever it is called, didn't work, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app, didn't work, I have unpaired, didn't work, I have checked if my position, bluetooth and all of those settings allows the fitbit app, they all do.
I have also read countless of forums, which non of the tips has been working for me.
I would appreciate help, thank you.
