Fitbit Charge 2 freezing problem

Fitbit charge started getting freeze a few days back. I used this " https://devicereset.online/2021/01/28/how-to-soft-reset-fitbit-charge-2/ " guide to soft reset it, but the problem still presist after restart. 

Please help.
