sorry i don't have a good answer for you . unless your warranty is still valid . i have tried everything they had on the community for fixes with no positive result and they told me my warranty was expired so the only thing left was they offer me a 25% discount on new fitbit product from their store which i took . i ordered myself a fitbit versa 2 . will see how it does when i get it .

This just happened to mine this morning 😞

I'm waiting for the battery to die so I can try to restart it that way, but after reading these responses I'm not optimistic.  I hope this isn't happening just because the Charge 4 was released and they are trying to get rid of the 2s.

I am lost without it!

Letting it die didn’t help me but good luck with that.
I did still wear mine until I got a new one because it was still recording my steps, HR, etc... when I would sync it to my phone, just the display on the Charge wasn’t working properly.
I ordered a new charge 3 off the Fitbit website and the next day I saw the Charge 4 was coming out- wish I knew that before hand, I would have waited.
