I did everything to troubleshoot have ios13 version.  Turned phone off several times.  I just got the iPhone 11 last week.  I had iPhone 6 Plus and it was off and on getting messages and texts.  I just bought my Charge 2 this spring.  Help please

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not getting notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

I have tried all of that still can not get my text ! I can get phone calls just not text.  do you have any other suggestions my fit bit charge 2  was purchased on the summer
