Hi Everyone,
Ive had my Fitbit Charge 3 for nearly a week now and was working fine up until last night.
When I woke up this morning the screen was not working and it wasn’t syncing with the app.
One the back of the device, there is a green and red light constantly flashing.
Ive tried pressing the side buttons and I have tried putting it on charge but neither are working.
Does anyone one have any tips on what to do?
Thanks

Holding the button didn’t work for me. What did work was to change the cloak face in the app to a different one and save. Then the screen will activate. Then change it back to your preferred clock face.

I would try reconnecting your Fitbit watch with your Fitbit app thru your computer to see if that will help resync your watch, also make sure your blue tooth is turned back on.
After that if it does not work, try this make sure your watch is fully charged. Make sure your clip is plugged into wall socket, place watch into clip, now press the both sides of the watch while it's still in the clip for 10 seconds or more Hopefully you will get a smile9face.

Just FYI for anyone that has this issue and the other methods have not helped. Had my charge 3 for a month or so and mine blnaked out of nowhere. After trying the steps outlined here i changed my clock face as a last ditch effort and BAM.. only that brought my display back.

Hello @izabellaandme, thank you for sharing all this information.
I've confirmed that you had mentioned this in the thread previously, but it seems you already had a case created with Customer Support about this (syncing problems and display not responding). Could you please confirm if you received a reply from them? Or what was the outcome?
Thank you for sharing these steps @blkpanther, @Ed_Hoffman!

I’ve had to do this to my mom’s HR3 constantly. I found out that if you switch the clock’s face it will reboot the screen and then you can always just switch it back to the one you previously.

Hello @AlejandraFitbit , my charge 3 fitbit suddenly had the screen turned off. However, it's synced with the phone and I'm getting vibrations upon each notification.
I tried resetting by pressing the side button for more than 15 secs more than 10 times but it didn't work. I also tried changing the clock face, it didn't work either.
Any other suggestions please? I just bought it 1 month ago.
Thanks.
