Hi Everyone,
Ive had my Fitbit Charge 3 for nearly a week now and was working fine up until last night.
When I woke up this morning the screen was not working and it wasn’t syncing with the app.
One the back of the device, there is a green and red light constantly flashing.
Ive tried pressing the side buttons and I have tried putting it on charge but neither are working.
Does anyone one have any tips on what to do?
Thanks

Thank you. Your suggestion got mine to work!
Best AnswerTo fix the issue of not having a working screen, put the charging cable on the unit, plug it in then hold the side button on the unit until you see the smiling face appear on the screen. Then unplug and you are good to go. My unit had the screen issue only twice thus far when I dropped it on the floor. Not sure if this is by design or what.

Best AnswerSince mine would still synch, and pressing the side still responded (vibration), I told the app on my phone to load a new watch face. The phone communicated with the watch, and the upload bar did appear. Then the face on the fitbit worked again!!!!

While reading your post I was wondering if the screen is not working? If so, please try restarting your device or changing the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display.

Best AnswerThe help link in the thread just got me sorted with charge 3. Put device on charge and press and hold button until the smiley face appears
Best AnswerDid you get your charge 3 working?
I just had this problem. I changed the clock face from the app and it started working.
Best AnswerHi there, if the screen is black, put the Fitbit on charge, hold the side button on for about 12 seconds. Take it off charge then hold the side button on until the screen comes back on. Then charge the Fitbit properly. You should see a smiley face, date and time and a low battery notice. Hope this helps.
