Fitbit Charge 3 - Screen Not Working

Hi Everyone,

 

Ive had my Fitbit Charge 3 for nearly a week now and was working fine up until last night.

 

When I woke up this morning the screen was not working and it wasn’t syncing with the app.

 

One the back of the device, there is a green and red light constantly flashing. 

 

Ive tried pressing the side buttons and I have tried putting it on charge but neither are working. 

 

Does anyone one have any tips on what to do?

I have tried all suggestions , put on to charge held the button in till smiley face still no Screen??

Welcome to the Community Forums @PottysueThanks for trying all the suggestions provided in this thread.

 

Since the restart didn't work, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

Yes I tried re syncing, and clock faces nothing worked!  I have a replacement on the way.

Thank you for this update @Pottysue, I'm sorry to see that it wasn't possible to get the screen back no normal, but it's good to know that you'll be receiving a replacement soon.

I received the replacement today from the Netherlands, great service only 3 days, all set up and working!

My screen went blank this morning. Did the reset and it seems to be working properly now. Super weird.

Tried all the suggestions from help, did not work, so they sent replacement, got it in 3 days great! 👍

How many more times will this Charge 3 fail!!! Today blank screen at 50% battery and after trying everything all I got was a half normal screen and the other half a scrambled display! Now nothing it just vibrates!!!!!!Give me a refund please I've had so many issues in 8 months!

Well im another one, 5 months no problems woke up in morning to find blank screen, tried resetting, changing clock face etc nothing.

everything works apart from dead screen.

Contact support for fit bit they replaced mine in 3 days!

Hi my fitbit charge 3 screen has gone blank I have tried to reset it with the charger 10 times and change clock face as well but still blank. It is still logging my footsteps heart rate etc but no screen

Same as mine fit bit replaced it still on guarantee!

My concern is the numerous issues reported with the same model! What happens when my watch fails again and this time I have no warranty?

I do not understand the trouble you are having, I had no trouble at all e mailed my receipt, and received the new one in 3 days from Holland, I amin France, bought from a French electrical supplier here!
