Since the update this week my app is crashing when ever I go into track exercise, it opens then a message pops up Fitbit has stopped working and closes.. Please help me with some ideas...

My app has started to crash from some hours. although there has been no update. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. The app crashes just after the login

Yep same, I noticed an update 2 nights ago, and it's been playing up since
then, I log out and back in but it's still crashing, some info seems to be
missing too, I haven't uninstalled though as I'm worried I'll lose my
data...did you?

Data are online... you don't lose anything. The problem is the crash... without the app, fitbit is useless..

Yes that's right...I use it to track My runs....I just don't know what to
do and I can't find anything on how to Fix it... But uninstalling doesn't
help?

It's nice to see you guys around @Iuxmat @Pintsize40! This issue was already reported and our engineering team is working to get this solved. However, I'd suggest taking a look at this official post that @ErickFitbit created to share any update about this issue. 

 

On the other hand, see this work around that @xampolas found out.

Thanks for letting us know, I've been so frustrated and about to go get a different watch so I can use a different app that doesn't mess with my workouts.. I'll check out the link so glad someone has finally answered me from Fitbit.
