I have a charge 3 and want to remove a friend. I do what the advice says and click on his dashboard but it only gives me the option of reporting the person

Hello @Janiceeccles and a warm welcome.  On the app, once you tap on that person and get to his/her profile > tap on the three circles (dots) > you should get the option to Report, Block or Remove.

Welcome to the Community Forums @Janiceeccles! As my friend @LZeeW suggested:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon.
  2. Tap your name and scroll to see your friends.
  3. Tap View All Friends, then tap the friend you want to delete or block.
  4. On their profile, tap the three dots.
    • To remove the friend, tap Remove Friend.
    • To block a friend, tap Block User.

If you're not getting the option to remove a friend, can you send us a photo showing what you're receiving instead? In order to add a photo to your reply see this post.

We're looking forward to your reply. Robot wink

Thanks for your efforts while trying to add the phone @Janiceeccles. I was wondering if you're trying this from a computer or your cell? If you're on the cell, please try with the a computer. Smiley Very Happy

I saw the response several times, yet couldn't follow it. Turns out the footer where the ellipses is doesn't always show.  Had to go into several different account before it finally showed.  Then I learned I had to wait a while before the footer would show.

In future, helpful posts give good detail, so if you had said "the 3 dots in the footer... " that would have been helpful.
