Quoting from How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

  • iPhones, iPads, and Android phones
    1. Tap the Today tab

       > your profile picture > your device image.
    2. Tap Silent Alarms > Set a New Alarm.
    3. Set the alarm time and frequency, and save.

It would be great if we can also set an alarm without a phone or an internet connection.

Fingers crossed.

That is possible on the Ionic and Versa series, but not on  other models.

@AlejandraFitbit Happy New Year. My question is: is there any action done by fitbit on this matter? Your answer sounds like a big no to me. Thanks.
