When I don't wear my Charge2 for awhile the green lights on the underside never go off. Is this normal?  If not can turn them off. I'm very sensitive to light when trying to sleep.

The link in the accepted answer goes to a generic FAQ page, and does not answer the question.

Hey @KathyInMonterey, welcome aboard! If you'd like to turn off the green lights on the back of your Charge 2, please follow these instructions:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap your device image.
  3. Tap Heart Rate, and then choose Off.

Hope that helps!

I’ve tried all the steps suggested and even turned off the heart rate. The green

plight stays on and drains the battery in less than 30 mi jets.

other ideas?

I am having the same problem, just started a couple days ago. Can’t find a solution.

Same for me. Feels like a bug in the latest firmware upgrade. My firmware version is 22.22.58.0.

Yes! We’re having the same problem. Just started last week. This Charge 2 has worked perfectly for nearly three years until then.
