I'm told my phone can track my steps on it's own even if my Charge 2 isn't syncing - as long as I have my phone on me. Where in the app can I make this happen?!

@ihavenocash Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! I will gladly assist you with this inquiry. You can follow these instructions to setup your MobileTrack as long as your phone is compatible with this feature.
Let me know how it goes!

So i had faced the same problem in my versa 2. I did unpair of mobile track by mistake and was trying every ways to get it connected again. What I did finally was I started a gps walk in fitbit moile app and walked a few mins and turned off the bluetooth still the gps walk was on. So my logic was if the blutooth connection disabled, the mobile should still track the activity. As I thoought after finishing the walk, I checked the added device, I see the Mobile Track now! Not sure this is a 100 percent solution, but you can sure give a try 🙂

I am having the same problem. I can't use my device for a while but want to track steps using my phone.
I followed the instructions in that link but I don't see an option to set up mobiletrack. I just see a list of devices. Please help.
