Incorrect notification

My Cahrge2 notifies me that my mom is calling no matter who is calling! The names don't match the actual caller.  This just started about a week ago.  Anyone else?

I'm having the same problem and it started about a week or 2 ago.  The caller notification that comes up on my Fitbit Charge 2 doesn't match the actual caller.  I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling bit it didn't help. 😩

Mine is showing the wrong person/phone number for my calls and texts. Just random. I just got a spam call and my watch showed my husband's name and number.

This caller ID glitch is so annoying. I have tried troubleshooting for weeks. Text messages are coming thru correctly. But the caller ID is nutty. This bug needs to fixed soon!

11 months later and not fixed - it must be at the bottom of the priority list or they don't have a solution. If it's a glitch most if not all users should be  experiencing the same. Need everyone to post their dissatisfaction. Priority to fix a glitches can be driven by the number of complaints.  "Sqeaky wheel gets the oil" !!!

Problems with Tracker Notifications go beyond Caller ID:

• The tracker to check your steps against the 250 per hour is short of non-existent. It seems like the planets have to be aligned for it to appear. When it rarely makes its appearance, I have to wait for the planets to align again.  This feature is great when you have a sit down job and you're a workaholic. I've tried shutting down the app and resetting the hours in the app, etc to no avail.
• The wake alarm on the tracker is a different time than what I set in the app. This feature is great when your spouse has a different sleep schedule. I tried the same type of things as I did above with the same result- nothing!

If its a glitch with the Caller ID, one wonders if that's the case for the others. If so, hurry up and wait! Yeppie!
