Lines on Charge 3 screen and too dim to read outside

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have noticed quite a few complaints about lines on display screens. I have tried the resets to no avail. Also am unable to read the screens under bright sunlight which is very frustrating when I am out for my runs/walks. Any help to rectify would be welcomed.

As usual I am very pleased with the response and service I have received.  I put a claim in for a broken band and mentioned in the claim the problem with the watch face. I quickly received a response saying that my new FitBit Charge 3 along with new band is on it's way. The service I receive is one of the reasons I keep purchasing a FitBit. Keep up the good customer service.

Good afternoon.
The ticket that was outstanding was only for a replacement band. I had
mentioned in the notes also the same problem I am having as others who have
Charge 3 and that is lines and screen too dim to read.
I was under the impress that I was going to receive both a replacement
Charge 3 and new band however today I only received a new band. I must have
miss read the email I received from FitBit support.
Please investigate and advise.
Thank you
