Black lines began appearing a couple of weeks ago across the screen and have been steadily increasing in number since. It is now difficult to make out stats at all.
Restarting and changing clock face hasnt helped.
Device has only been in use for around 6 months. Not pleased. 😞

My fitbit charge 3 is doing the same. I've followed all instructions on this page. Is there anything I can do. My fitbit is only 6 months old..

Exactly the same has happened to me, started with horizontal lines, now vertical ones down the left that make reading notifications almost impossible.
I’ve tried the reset described here, no charge. Please can customer support contact me as well? There is clearly an issue with this model, I never had any problems with my Charge 2.

Mine has started doing the same. I have tried resetting it and its still doing it.
