My fitbit Charge 2 won't start, i tried charging it and for 2 hours it did nothing, i push the button on the side, doesn't work, when i move it, it won't start those 2 green lights on the back of the watch, help me, thanks.

@CezarStefan A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't turning on and thank you for troubleshooting this. I would add that you can try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
