@LaurDiGi Thanks for keeping the update here! Make sure that you are reaching the time that your tracker recognizes the walking activity on your Dashboard (i.e. 15 minutes) If your tracker is still unable to recognize your activity even though you have restarted it, I recommend contacting our Customer Support team.

I just requested customer assistance with this same problem, and they told me to wear my tracker on the other wrist. I've been wearing it for 2 years with no problems, and all of a sudden I have to switch wrists? Makes no sense at all. I guess these devices just aren't intended to last more than 2 years, so I'll have to get a new one. Very frustrating.

I bought the new Inspire 2 and have the same issue, my old Inspire HR was fine so who knows! 😮
