Not getting text notifications from IOS

Set my charge 2 yesterday but so far despite getting text I have not been able to get any text notification on my tracker I doing something wrong?

I love it. I am getting everything I need and more. The prices have really gone down this time of year.

Good to know! I'm glad my fitbit is working, but that comes and goes when
iphone updates, and it's so frustrating to me.​

HI. I recently got the Fitbit Flex 2 and I am currently setting it up. It does not show me when I get a text and I tried the whole go to messages in settings and all that. Is there any way it will show me the notification? I have it all turned on but nothing is working.

Make sure your phone settings show “show in history “. If that is not on, it won’t work. I also had to install and uninstall it over and over and over. I think show in history is the thing that finally made it work.

Can u help get notifications from my iPhone 6 to my Fitbit charge 2

Go into settings, then notifications, then messages. Make sure everything is is green and turned on. EVERYTHING. Also check your fitbit notifications. 

What amazes me is even cistumer support didnt know about this. Good luck!
