Question: it's been a week now that I have not been receiving text messages. It will say the name of the people but the message won't show up on my fit bit. I have reconnected it and doesn't work still. Any suggestions that might help me.

I am having the same problem
I've unpaired the device, uninstalled the ap, reset the watch, turned off the phone. Notification indicator is on. Still no text messages. Only the senders name.

Yeah same I am just getting frustrated with it and don't know what to do? Have you contacted Fitbit and talked to them?

My Charge 2 started working correctly again out of the blue. I am now receiving text messages on my display again.
