Notifications not being sent

Been using my Charge 2 for a few years now with no issues. However, I recently changed phones and now I'm not receiving call and text message notifications. The Fitbit app has permission to access the phone, notifications are enabled and it's also syncing my steps, exercise, etc as normal. It's just the notifications aren't sending. I've already tried reinstalling the app, restarting my Charge 2, switching off and on the bluetooth. Help anyone?

@AnneDM Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the phone is compatible. I've already tried
restarting the phone, the bluetooth as well as the Charge 2... no luck 😞
