Notifications not working

Since software update, I am not receiving any notifications. I tried everything suggested!!!

@Rengo , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Are you referring the Fitbit app update or the Firmware on the Charge 4?

I assume that you meant these steps when you tried everything,right?

I assumed it is the Fitbit app software update  because my Fitbit stopped working immediately  after the update. I stopped getting notifications (phone calls, message notifications and reached exercise goal notifications). The display on my Fitbit was not working properly also- my display was dark all the time! When I called Fitbit help desk, they were able to help me. They immediately knew what the problem was and helped me through the setting to fix it. I never put my Fitbit to sleep mode (I did not even know sleep mode option was available), I think after the software update, the settings were messed up.
