I am receiving notifications on my Charge 2 that a person is calling but it doesnt correspondence with name of the actual person.  It's usually a spam number.

Hi @Derndle 

 

Have you checked with the friend whose name popped up? We had something similar happen when my husband got a call from a friend and when he called back, the friend said they had not called him. There are many ways scammers have of using our cell phones and making the number appear to be one totally different from the one they are using. Is this happening with more than one name in your contact list?

Its my son's phone.   He didn't call.   Weird because it pops up as scam on phone but on the Charge 2 it says my sons name.

The same thing started happening to me today.  The phone said "Spam Likely" for the caller from 3 different numbers, but my Charge 2 showed my wife's name for all 3 calls.  The last "legitimate" call to my phone before this was from my wife, so maybe the app is stuck on that?  In any event, it looks like something is lost in the translation between the phone, the Fitbit app, and the Charge 2 notification.
