When I tried to check the time by pressing the side button on my Fitbit charge 2 this evening it only showed big chunky pixel lines. No #’s, no letters. I tried resetting it by plugging it in via the usb cord and pressing the side button for 4 seconds. No luck, still just getting jagged lines on the display screen. I have video of it if needed.
