Large crack in my Fitbit charge 2 , can I purchase a replacement glass.

Fitbit i hope you read this update.
I did complain on this forum about the crack in the screen on my Charge 2 and was pleased to finally be given a replacement a few months ago, although frustrated and disappointed that this has happened my faith in Fitbit was restored when i did receive my replacement in what i believe is a product that has a screen issue.
Because Fitbit replaced the Charge 2 I have just ordered a Charge 3 , this was a direct result of them replacing the charge 2 so Fitbit please start replacing these cracked screens for free and i am sure you will retain the customers and they may even buy more products from yourselves.

Yes same happened to me this morning was a crack on screen when i got up .by looking at everyone else's comments looks like a fault to me not very happy with this product just over a year old would think for the price it would last longer

after several nice emails from fitbit (they requested new photos of the cracked screen and my purchase invoice), they told me they were sending out a replacement charge 2.
My advice is to write to them and ask if they can help (keep it positive). In my case, I feel they went above and beyond to solve the problem and I am thrilled with the solution.

How long have you had your charge 2 for. . I got mine as a christmas present almost 2 year ago so no receipt.

Thst will be why. They have no choice as its under warranty. They forget about the ones who are over 1 year old. Its a throw away product after a year.
