Hello. I have a Fitbit charge 2, just over a year old. The display no longer works. I have tried resetting. It vibrates, but no display. I tried to remove the device from my Fitbit account and reconnect it, but I cannot see the four digit code on the device screen to reconnect it to my app. So because I cannot see the screen, I cannot see the numbers, so I am out of a tracker completely.
Anyone have a suggestion on how to proceed from here? I can't find the contact link for fit bit. Thank you.

I had the same issue. Once your Fitbit is out of warranty, you are SOL. Hope they will fix for you. They would not for me. This is 2/2 that has stopped working just outside warranty and Fitbit has not done the right thing to repair. I will not be purchasing another Fitbit from them. Spending that amount of money is ridiculous for a product that does not sustain itself with proper use.
