The screen on my charge 2 went blank today. The green lights are still on and it’s vibrating and syncing. I tried to restart it, but that’s not working either. Anything else I could try?

My fitbit charge 2 started doing the exact same thing this morning. The screen slowly went out as the day went on but it is still responding and the app is still logging and showing my fitbit is sufficiently charged.

Same thing happened to mine. I tried the "fix" that was suggested in a forum which did not work. How do we contact Fitbit for help?

Same but my green lights aren't on. It says that it's synched with my phone.
