My Charge 2 sleep graph is showing double the amount of hours slept each day. The read out below is correct though so very puzzling. Any ideas?

Best AnswerI am having the same issue.
Best AnswerVery interesting issue my issue seems to have kicked in around the same time as the others. There are 3 places the sleep are recorded. The daily dashboard always seems right. The logs were almost double last week but that seems okay now but the graph is now showing almost double despite the logs looking correct. For some reason I thought the graph looked okay last week.
Nice to know I am not the only one and that you are working on it.
Best AnswerI've been having the same problem for over a week, only the graph is showing correctly for me. It's extremely frustrating as I changed to Charge 2 for more accuracy in all areas. I hope this is resolved very soon

Thanks for the update my friend @AmyRW!
Have you checked the previous sleep history to see if everything is settled down?

Hi All,
I thought my app was set to automatically update so I did not expect an
update to fix my issue.
The good news is the update has fixed all aspects of my incorrect sleep
records.
Maybe I should take a nap now

I'm very glad to hear that your sleep data is being shown correctly @iamflash @Bimbles @Reidcole591!
It's important to always keep the Fitbit app up to date to ensure your tracker is performing at it's best.
If you continue having any issues with sleep logging, please take a look at this post about sleep stages that might help. ![]()

Best AnswerI’m having this exact problem right now, the app is updated to the latest version. Some sleep are shown as double in the graph, and my average is off the roof. Please advice.
Best AnswerCan we get an update? This is still and issue; appears to happen when no sleep stages are detected
