Sleep log looks different

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Started out looking like a regular graph you could read. Now only shows lines from top to bottom...no graph..no way to really see sleep pattern.

I have restarted several times. Disconnected from bluetooth, logged out app and restarted phone. Still didn't revert to graph..

THANK YOU.  Your post helped resolve my graphing issue and I am so happy now.

I'm having the same problem. It used to be great, but for the past several weeks, I can't get REM, light sleep, deep sleep. I've re-set, disconnected Bluetooth, moved the Charge to various places above my wrist - nothing helps.

Thank you for addressing this subject. I don’t know if there’s anything we can do, so I guess our fitbit Flex 2s will just have to be used as is. Maybe the company is planning to eliminate that model. I got mine because it was the only style that was waterproof and I could wear it to my water aerobics classes. And the price was right. Now there are more that have that feature, but I’ll be wearing mine until is doesn’t work at all anymore. Thanks again! Waynette Kennedy

Hi! I don’t add anything to the sleep log. I don’t even think I can. I’m just using my fitbit Flex2 as it is. Annoying, but I’m getting used to it. And I’ve decided that it’s not worth stressing about it. Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate it!

Hello @Waynette47 sleep score and sleep stages require a heart rate reading which is why your seeing simple sleep.

My Charge 2 DOES check my heart rate. And it was consistently showing sleep stages until 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Does the Fitbit bit app give you a reason for your simply sleep

My graph does the same thing. Since the time you posted, have you figured out why?

On the first nights of tacking my sleep, I manually told my device I was going to sleep. The  REM, deep sleep, and restlessness appeared. I haven't done anything different recently, but it just stopped showing it.

No, and it seems quite random. Drives me crazy!

First place to look is on the Fitbit app and see if they know the reason

I think if the graph portion of the watch isn't working, Fitbit should take them back and refund their customers full price of what they paid for them

I have a Charge 4. It’s done the same to me regardless of whether I manually “Begin sleep now” or I let it detect sleep by itself. Either way, it has done both different graphs for me with “Asleep, Restless Awake” OR “Awake, REM, light, deep”

If no one was meant to set the “begin sleep now” but let the Fitbit detect sleep, why would the option then be there?
