Started out looking like a regular graph you could read. Now only shows lines from top to bottom...no graph..no way to really see sleep pattern.
I have restarted several times. Disconnected from bluetooth, logged out app and restarted phone. Still didn't revert to graph..

I'm having the same problem. It used to be great, but for the past several weeks, I can't get REM, light sleep, deep sleep. I've re-set, disconnected Bluetooth, moved the Charge to various places above my wrist - nothing helps.

My graph does the same thing. Since the time you posted, have you figured out why?

On the first nights of tacking my sleep, I manually told my device I was going to sleep. The REM, deep sleep, and restlessness appeared. I haven't done anything different recently, but it just stopped showing it.

First place to look is on the Fitbit app and see if they know the reason

I think if the graph portion of the watch isn't working, Fitbit should take them back and refund their customers full price of what they paid for them

I have a Charge 4. It’s done the same to me regardless of whether I manually “Begin sleep now” or I let it detect sleep by itself. Either way, it has done both different graphs for me with “Asleep, Restless Awake” OR “Awake, REM, light, deep”
If no one was meant to set the “begin sleep now” but let the Fitbit detect sleep, why would the option then be there?
