By noon today I had walked over 8500 steps. While eating lunch I noticed that those steps disappeared and I only had126. I returned to my office, glanced at my steps and only had 8. Has anyone had this experience and/or know what the cause might be? It's fully charged, the sensors are clean, and it hasn't been wet.
thanks.

Hello @CB2017, it's nice to see new names here! This sound really odd, please restart the Fitbit following these instructions and test the Charge HR a few days, if it continues doing the same, please let me know so I can investigate further. I'd also suggest checking that the timezone is right in your phone settings and Fitbit account.
I'll be around if you have questions. ![]()

This product has been a complete disappointment. I have walked my 10,000 steps every day since starting to use it. They show up each day but the app now says I have walked 0 steps in the last week.
I habitually get my 8 hours of sleep each night. Fitbit says I have slept 4.5 hours in the last week!
I came to this post by googling how to reset the device. I followed the instructions in this post and the stop watch starts and stops. Nothing else happened.
I can’t say I’m surprised. Gimmicky device but doesn’t really work.
Back in the box you go. I do not recommend this product unless you want to burn calories through frustration.
