Anyone else having this problem? My Fitbit was syncing just fine a couple of weeks ago. My phone did have an update which I didn’t update right away but it has suddenly stopped syncing up. So I updated my phone thinking that was it but no. Checked that my app was up to date which it was and have contacted customer support only to be ignored and I’m getting super frustrated. It literally worked two weeks ago. I’m now reaching out on Facebook to try to get answers but this is just eye roll worthy. Help!

My time was off too.
I deleted the app, rebooted the factory reset, installed the app and now it's working fine.

I called today and I was told that they are aware that this is giving issues to certain iOS users.
I was told to put the Fitbit on the charger to have it charged for a reset. While its being charged, press the button the side for 10 sec (until you see the happy face) then release. When it turned back on, I went to the Fitbit app and was asked to repair it to the Bluetooth. It did and it synced nicely. It’s been stable since then.

Same here!
Texts no longer sync....etc...
This latest update is just horrible. I hate the way the dashboard looks...it looks so uninspiring and bland.
Is this so we will purchase the new ‘premium’ upgrade??

Mine just randomly started working and also somehow had all my data back to when it stopped syncing. This tells me it was the app and not the Fitbit charge3

For me. I reset watch while it was charging once you see smily face all is good. It seemed to start working properly then. I has an issue with not seeing heart rate on dashboard but I fixed that by going into the settings on app and clicking notifications and setting them on. Reason they were off in first place as I had uninstalled and reinstalled and looks like they were defaulted to off. Anyway I’m sorted and hope you’re all sorted soon.
