Can I set up Bluetooth Connectivity on two mobile devices or do I have to specify one device as the "Primary".
If I set up the device on my smart phone and then try to set it up on my tablet, I get a message that the device is already attached to my account and asks whether I want to set up another tracker.
The tablet is paired to my tracker but it doesn't recognize it. I get messages that the tracker cannot be found. The tablet will only update via a WiFi connection, not by Bluetooth.

@Spectre1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Thank you for your inquiry. Once you have setup the tracker you don't need to set it up again. You just need to sync it with your device. When syncing with a secondary device make sure any other bluetooth device isn't nearby as it may interfere with the process. Also make sure your device is compatible. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!
