Time not syncing on Charge 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I went to a different timezone a few days ago, and had a heckuva time getting the time to sync on my Charge 2.  I tried turning bluetooth off and on again, unpairing the bluetooth from my phone, etc.  Finally, somehow, I got it to work.

But now I'm back home, and all the old tricks haven't sync'd my time.  I even tried removing/re-adding my Charge 2 to the app on my phone as a new device (which also failed initially), and it still won't set the time on my Charge 2.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9+, and my Charge 2 is running firmware version 22.22.58.0

Please help.  This is very frustrating.

@KevinRemde Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not changing the time and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Select a different timezone, save and sync then select the correct timezone, save and sync again.

Let me know how it goes.

It was the fitbit app itself that caused the problem. Once I allowed the sync of the timezone, it worked.
