How do you turn off the unit when not in use?????

You sure that effectively shuts it down or in fact "restarts" it?

Are you sure @Mom23Boyz the One tracker steps shuts down the Charge HR and not "restart" it? Seems like same procedure for Charge HR "restart" posted here:  https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=restart+charge+hr&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

I'm using fitbit charge 2 bit now I can't set the time and date or to update the App on my phone.
