Unable to see charge 3 screen, unable to access settings to amend

Hi

I have a charge 3 which I placed on charge about 10 days ago, thereafter I went to it and I was unable to view anything on the screen. I did the reset and could clearly see the re-load and the smiley face but nothing. I sort of could see, extremely faintly the screen but this went off to nothing. I keep trying to reset, it manages and notes steps but the unit isn't much use if I can't actually access it by the watch unit. Any suggestions please?

I'd contact Support and ask if they can do a Battery Test.
