I don’t know if you’ve found out but I’ve just updated my Fitbit app but there’s no SPO2 chart / reading but I haven’t gone to bed yet so hoping yes it will be there in the morning as someone said in the community that it will be around the 22nd of this month

What did you change?

I assume Stellaf is one of the 10% adopters. Yesterday was announced that fitbit solved the issues. For the 10% users this new feature was rolled back after a while. Guess they are able to see it now after fitbit fixed the issue 🤔

I reinstalled app. Restarted my charge 3. (Put on charger and held button
until smiley face appeared).

There was a someone official who said Dec 2019 - Jan 2020 somewhere (didn't keep link).. Which has passed.

Do you also see the past graphs, or do I need to wait for a new sleep analysis. Reinstalled the app and reset the fitbit. Keep you posted if it works tomorrow 🤔

I tried the support chat and that person had no idea if/when this feature was ever going to be enabled.
I then called tech support and the tech told me they are rolling it out slowly to "...make sure there are no problems."
Since I just got this yesterday, I will try to tamp down my disappointment for a few weeks while keeping my fingers crossed.

Actually, there is still an issue as of 2/15/20.
Just opened a case. Doesn't work on a Google Pixel 3a nor Moto G6, nor a Chrome browser.
We just bought a Charge 3 for the purpose of that graph. Disappointing. Hoping it gets resolved soon.

It appeared and disappeared. This is a whole reason I purchased charge 3se. Now I am seriously considering returning it.

Yeyyyy, the EVO graph started to appear this morning for the first time for me. I guess that 10% is increasing for the rollout.
Mi fitbit is bought in Europe/Romania..
👍👍👍👍

Also I've checked and the oxigen graph seems to be filled since 12 December 2019, thus my charge 3 seems to be collecting data all this time without knowing.😆 I thought that I saw the red led from time to time when I woke from sleep suddenly, but I did not see the graph until now.
I'm wondering when we will have the possibility to see live data from the device like the HR data and also to trigger a measurement at any time during the day..😁 For now you only have the variation data and not actually the value of the reading in percentage..😁

I have not had any SP02 data before, but just did a sync, plug into charger for hard restart (hold side button for 15seconds until bar is full) unplug charger, replug charger, and re-sync, and suddenly the sp02 chart was there for the past week of sleep cycles.
Maybe a few more people will have luck as well.

Same here, kicked in today, Versa Lite, my son had it for weeks now on charge 3, but my daughter still does not on charge 3, and neither does my wife on versa lite.
also, as much as I realize we get it only during sleep and just "variance" - i hope we will get ongoing stats - even if estimate, so i can see how my O2 is during say skiing or hiking hih up...
