I don’t know if you’ve found out but I’ve just updated my Fitbit app but there’s no SPO2 chart / reading but I haven’t gone to bed yet so hoping yes it will be there in the morning as someone said in the community that it will be around the 22nd of this month

I have the FITBIT Charge 4 and the EOV showed up for a couple of days then stopped.  The two days it did show up disappeared so whatever FIX they put in needs to be reviewed.

Best Answer

Try to also restart your fitbit. See if tha works

I rebooted my charger and the graph came back. Will see how long it lasts

Hi am having the same issue. Can’t find the EOV chart on my app. Got my charge 4 a couple of days ago. Latest device firmware was updated a day after.

Tried a couple of stuff from the forum ie deleted and re-installed Fitbit app again on my Apple phone and rebooted my charge 4. Still no EOV chart.

Appreciate some advice. Thanks.

I was just checking to see why my trial of Premium on my Charge 2 wasn't showing up after seeing that maybe there was a probable wait.  It was then that I realized that it only works for certain Fitbits, not the Charge 2, so am trying to delete the Premium trial before I start getting charged for it.  Certainly not worth the money if no spO2; that's the only thing I trialed it for!  Can't find anywhere to delete Premium.  Am so pissed.

Not according to information I got from Fitbit troubleshooting page.  Only certain Fitbits.  Charge 2 does not, Charge 3 does, etc.

That might work for people with the right Fitbit but not for all as the option isn't available or all Fitbits, come to find out after I signed up for the trial.

6-11-2020; New charge 3. EOV graph data not populated even when meeting wear criteria. Fully updated device on initiation. Is there an activation I missed?

Check your phone that its compatible and up to date also app up to date.
Put on charger and push the button until it restarts. Otherwise contact
