Can't install the Fitbit app on my phone

I uninstalled the Fitbit app, and now can't re-install the app

@HRin2 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your missing Fitbit app. Are you getting any error message? If you do please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account. Can you find it on your phone's app store? Which phone do you have and which OS version is it running? Try restarting your phone and make sure you have enough internal memory in it.

I have delegated the app, re- loaded it, signed in and the new app can’t find my phone.
