I have had my Fitbit Inspire for less than a year and yesterday it stopped allowing me to scroll through to set my exercise stats. All I can see is the time and I can't scroll or tap to see anything else. Has anyone else had this happen and if so how did you fix it?

Hi, @Phloyd2 , it sounds like your Inspire is “frozen“. This can usually be fixed by giving is a restart. Attach it to the charging cable and when it is plugged in and charging, press and hold the button. Depending on whether the Fitbit is completely unresponsive this can take a good 20 seconds or more, Make sure that it is in contact with the charging cradle the entire time you are pressing the button.
