Changing clock-face for Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am trying to pair my new Inspire HR with my samsung S5...bhut it says device not found (they are right next to each other, location and bluetooth on).  I want to change the clockface, is there anyway to do this on my PC or on the watch itself? Thanks.

@mas030 It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with changing the clock face on your Inspire HR. You can only do this by syncing your tracker via the app either from your phone or a Windows 10 computer. Lets try syncing again by following these instructions:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions for both computer and phone here.

Once the tracker syncs you can retry changing the clock face.

Let me know how it goes.

I can't find the settings icon to change to a 12 hour from 24 hours:

>From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon [image: User-added image]
> *Settings* > *Personal Info*.

Thanks
