"Fail to sync device" on my iOS device for Inspire HR, but all my data is synced. Anyone else getting this error?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR syncing error message. On your app, log out, restart your phone and log back in. If you are having syncing issues please follow these instructions.

I am also having the same issue. It syncs the data but states it “failed to sync”. Some say to restart, Inspire HR but how they say to restart it does not work. I was under the impression you couldn’t restart or turn off the Inspire HR. I also logged out of my Fitbit app and back in and still have the same problem.
